
Dear CCS Families,
We are thrilled to announce that our annual Silent Auction and Art Gala is fast approaching! This year, the event will be held on Friday, March 21, from 5-8 PM in the gymnasium. It promises to be an evening filled with fun, community spirit, and opportunities to support our students.
Our hallways will be transformed into a vibrant art gallery, showcasing a variety of artistic styles and techniques that students have explored throughout the year. This is a wonderful opportunity to support and encourage our young artists while enjoying a night of creativity and inspiration with your family.
To add to the special evening, our choir members will perform at various times in the gymnasium. Junior Choir will perform 2 songs at 5 PM, Varsity Choir will perform 2 songs at 6:15 PM, and both choirs will perform together at 7:30 while auction results are being calculated.
As part of PTO's fundraising efforts, each class has been tasked with creating a unique themed basket and project to be auctioned off during the event. We encourage you to contribute a small item or monetary donation to be included in your class’s basket. These donations can be turned in to your room rep at your earliest convenience. The photos above are examples of some of the amazing class baskets and projects that have been created in previous years. Your generous contributions will directly benefit our children, enriching their school experience and fostering their development in a positive environment.
Additionally, the PTO will again be raffling off One Year of Tuition (minus fees) for one student. Tuition raffle tickets will be sent home with your child this week. Each ticket is priced at $25 and offers you the chance to win while supporting our school’s initiatives. There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets you can purchase. Purchased tickets can be returned to the school in an envelope marked “tuition raffle”. Payment can be made via check or cash.
Tickets can also be purchased at the auction.
The PTO will also be raffling off a brand new D5 Ranger 4 golf cart valued at $8,500. Each ticket is priced at $10 and there is no limit to the number of raffle tickets you can purchase. Purchased tickets can be returned to the school in an envelope marked “golf cart raffle”. Payment can be made via check or cash. Tickets can also be purchased at the auction.
